To be honest I found it kind of endearing. I don’t know. I’m an athiest but I think it was oddly sweet. Bb Steve.

I personally found it amusing, and loved it. Steve grew up in the 30’s/40’s, had a Christian upbringing like everyone in that period, and he’s pretty much a God & Country man… I think that was the most amusingly in character thing he did in the whole movie.

you don’t have to agree with EVERYTHING a character does or is, the fact a character has some believes doesn’t mean they are being pushed on you! that’s just how a character is!

Actually, I like to imagine that Cap thinks they’re just aliens. 

I don’t know why but I think America loves their aliens. So, aliens.

(Which technically isn’t wrong, but usually aliens do not go with the concept of immortality)
